We guarantee that your Ohio Signature Beef Products will
arrive fresh, in good condition, and you will receive
what you ordered If you are unsatisfied, please contact
customerservice@ohiosignature.com
or call 1-877-858-9965. Please notify us of any problems
by the next business day.
Please
make arrangements to receive your package. If you are
shipping products as a gift, double check address(es),
and notify the recipient that a perishable food gift is
being shipped to them.
Failure/ damage due to incomplete or incorrect address
voids our guarantee. We can not guarantee shipment if
the recipient is not present to receive the package.
Delivery
Policy
You
must provide a valid street address. (No P.O. Box
address will be accepted for shipment.) All Ohio
Signature Beef ( Fresh Frozen Products) are shipped
Monday-Wednesday only to assure proper delivery. All
Ohio Heritage Beef (Shelf Stable Products) are shipped
Monday- Friday.
We ship only in the
continental United States.
